Andrew Rayner

Managing Director

I’ve always been passionate about communication, having studied Film and Literature at Warwick University and then spending several decades in senior marketing roles, including Nando’s, Everyman Cinemas and TUI. I understand the power of great communication and how frustrating it can be when you can’t fully express your ideas authentically, in important conversations or meetings. That’s why I’m so committed to LSW and how we help all our clients, both at work and in their personal lives. I’m based in North London and still love cinema, as well as being a budding photographer.

Laura Moroney

Client & Operations Manager

As a Liverpudlian and a linguist, I wholeheartedly relate to that frustrating feeling of language nuances holding you back from being authentically you. After studying Modern Foreign Languages, I fed my desire to communicate with people from all over the world, with a role as Senior cabin crew at BA. I’ve since swapped my love for communicating with people in the skies for my love of helping people be the best communicators they can be. One of my personal values is making sure everyone feels held, whether that’s our delightful clients or our brilliant team. I’m incredibly process driven and use that alongside my organisational skills to continually improve our systems and processes to make sure we’re delivering the best experience for our clients; as well as working towards our mission of being one of the best places to work. I love being part of a company that is truly helping people live their best lives, which is why I joined LSW!

Jess Rosevear

LSW for Teams Manager

Having studied marketing with languages at university, I started my career working at an advertising agency. After a few years, I realised that my passion lied with building relationships, so I moved into a sales role; where I excelled. I thrive on making connections, so following the birth of my children I re-trained as a life coach as I felt that my skills could also be used to help others. Roll on a few years and I have found the perfect environment to draw on all of my skills in business development with LSW where I can nurture and grow the good work they do, in a field I’m passionate about.

Maria Tran

LSW for Teams Executive

I believe that although we are all drops in the ocean – each one of us individually is abundant and has a unique potential to be actualised. Throughout life, I’ve always been passionate about bettering the lives of others. My values have led me to experience teaching the youth and bringing happiness to others through my work as an artist. In my soul, I know that I align with a career path that holds real meaning. Therefore, starting my role as LSW for Teams Executive is a dream realised. My role allows me to support our clients whilst they transform into a better version of themselves. Not only am I proud of the phenomenal services that we provide but it is an honour to be a part of a value-led organisation that genuinely cares about making a positive impact in the world. I believe that it takes incremental changes to create a huge impact. Thus, working at LSW allows me to play my part to add more kindness into the world and make it a better place to live.

Suzy Kohane

LSW for Teams Account Manager

Humans are innate storytellers and I like thinking of language as one the earliest technologies. We tell stories to survive, connect and transform. As a trained actor and theatre maker, I’ve spent most of my life endlessly fascinated by this. These interests brought me into the Client Services side of brand design and PR where I had the opportunity to experience how essential and powerful communication is in a variety of different contexts. It’s an art in and of itself and one that can really change our lives. I’m so grateful to have found a home at LSW where we have the privilege of supporting individuals and companies on their unique and often profound communication journeys.

Niamh Lowe-Davies

Client & Operations Executive

Hello! I have previous experience working in the coaching industry as well as the environmental sector. I have played hockey for 10 years and this has been the driving force for my passion in communication. Being able to communicate effectively with team mates was the key to success and cohesiveness within the team and is something I strive to bring to all aspects of my life. This is why LSW has stood out to me. I can be a part of empowering individuals to communicate better, leading to more meaningful relationships and success in their lives.

Tamara Coulthard

Client Experience Executive

Having worked in a handful of customer-facing roles before and during university, it will be a pleasure as LSW’s Client Experience Executive to support our clients in their communication journey. With an academic background in literature and languages, I have always been fascinated by the importance of verbal and non-verbal communication in empowering and connecting people from around the world. I have travelled far and wide throughout my life and seen first hand how crucial communication can be in the symbiosis of different cultures and traditions. I am now excited to begin and develop my career working for a company whose extensive values and expertise have helped so many people become the best communicators they can possibly be.

Raj Chatterjee

Marketing Executive

Having hosted my own radio show, I understand how effective communication can help build a strong connection. I began my career as a marketing assistant for an automotive training provider, working on a diverse range of projects. This included building a knowledge base, creating a social media strategy, and managing e-commerce & customer feedback. Subsequently, I became a graduate project manager, supporting the digital marketing team through on-page SEO and video content. The growth mindset in London Speech Workshop is a magnet to me, which I liken to my own fitness goals I pursue outside of work.

Sarah Harvey

Client Success Manager

I have always been fascinated by people and the way individuals and groups communicate, connect, and create meaning. I pursued this interest academically as a sociology graduate and postgraduate before embarking on a career in the homeless sector and then statutory social work. This front-line vocation offered a rich experience of engaging and communicating with a wide range of audiences, often in very challenging circumstances. An understanding of the power of effective communication to transform (and even save) lives, alongside a pursuit of personal development, led to a new career with London Speech Workshop in 2021. It is a privilege to work for a company whose values align so closely with my own and to get to speak to so many interesting clients, each with their own story and all with an incredible growth mindset.
Inspired by the daily interaction with clients who take action to pursue their personal and professional goals, I have recently begun my own learning journey to become a qualified yoga instructor, which has given me enormous satisfaction and pride.

Claire Hodgkins

Client Success Manager

Having worked in the disability and employment sectors, I know how important it is to get communication right for your audience. As a dyslexic, I know firsthand how it feels when communication goes wrong—but also when communication is delivered in the right way! This is why I am so excited to be working with such a passionate organisation and learning so much, but most of all to be able to continue to change lives through supporting clients in their communication journey.

Mia Papania

Client Success Manager

10 years experience in the city, working as a consultant in finance, and 7 years running my own successful start-up have taught me, first-hand, how critical communication is to success, our connections with others, and our happiness! I love speaking with people from a broad range of diverse backgrounds and seeing how London Speech Workshop can empower them to communicate authentically and confidently and help tap into their true potential to be the very best communicators they can be. I look forward to seeing how we can help you.

Lisa Suswain

Client Success Manager

From Royal Ballet dancer to ballet teacher to entrepreneur my career has been varied! The last 17 years running and expanding my start-up business to become a National Franchise, I know the impact great communication can have and I went on my own journey from ballet dancer (no speaking required) to being asked to be guest speaker in a corporate world. I have huge empathy and encouragement for anyone who reaches out to London Speech Workshop for support with their communication goals and I can say without any doubt that investing in yourself is the best investment you will ever make and the ripple effects will impact all areas of your life for the better!

During COVID I certified as Mindset Coach, NLP & EFT Practitioner as I was fundamentally aware that the reason for my successes in different careers had a great deal to do with my mindset. I am passionate about supporting clients to overcome their conscious and subconscious beliefs that so often hold them back from being the best version of themselves. Communication is a vital part of life’s success and enjoyment and so to be in a position to support clients through their journey with LSW is an honour and delight.

I’m looking forward to supporting you as your Client Success Manager and celebrating your growth and development.
