Your Taster Session
This 1 hour session gives you a taste of how you will work with your coach and a chance to discuss your goals and objectives. You will experience the first powerful tools and their impact.
Tailored Course Plan
After assessing your needs and goals, your coach creates a bespoke programme for you – 5, 10 or 15 sessions based on you requirements. We offer a 5% discount if you are ready to book and pay on the day of your Taster.
