How to Book a Session

If you can’t locate the emails from our scheduling partner Acuity, in order to book further sessions you can also follow the below steps.

1. Find your coach below
2. Click the link depending on the type of session you’re looking to book
3. Enter your details
4. Click ‘Redeem Coupon or Package’ to load your already paid for course
5. Pop the email you used at sign up in the “code or email” box, which will load your course and enable you to schedule your sessions
