Being in control of how we communicate in any given situation is the single most powerful tool we have to affect change. I became a communication coach to support positive and lasting change.
With a background in teaching, performance skills and a wealth of hands-on business experience, my coaching style couples practical sessions with a science-based approach to learning and behaviour. I have supported individuals and teams – from tiny start-ups to multinational organisations – on topics including brand, pitching, leadership, impact & confidence, presentations, networking, conflict, managing nerves and so much more…
But no matter the session title, at the heart of all this exciting personal and professional development is YOU. My joy as a coach is finding out about you – how you learn and what your ambitions are. This is where we start and this is where we realise the positive, lasting change you want to make.
Having trained as an actor at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, I have worked around the world with renowned companies and directors in theatre, TV and radio honing my skills as a storyteller and becoming fascinated with how we connect our stories with every audience member. After settling back in the UK with my family I trained as a teacher and taught in some of the most challenging English schools, developing my expertise as a teaching and learning specialist. In response to a need within the education sector, I co-founded Edisodes, an online learning platform that supports schools and students across the globe.
As a communication and leadership coach I use my varied professional background and expertise to support individuals in achieving a range of personal and professional communication goals.
