Booking sessions

If you are a current client booked on a course with us you can schedule your next session via this link. Just be sure to follow the instructions at the top of the page to load your course.

Cancelling sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session you can do this either through the original confirmation email you received when scheduling the session or by logging into your account with our scheduling partner, Acuity. Please note we do have a 48 working hour cancellation policy and you are no longer able to make changes to your session within that time window. 


Apologies if you’re having trouble locating your manuals, we sent these through in your “welcome” email when you initially paid for your course and they may well be hiding in your spam folder somewhere. If you’re unable to locate them please get in touch with the team at

If you are based in the UK we can send your printed manuals to you free of charge – please fill in this form so that we can send your copies to you (please note this process may take up to 2 weeks). If your first session is in the office, your coach will be able to give you a manual then, so no need to fill out the form.

If you are based outside of the UK – we recommend that you print out the manual or have it on a separate device such as an iPad. Or if you would like to pay the additional fee to have a manual sent to you abroad – please contact the office and we can make arrangements.

Rescheduling policy

We have a strict 2 business day cancellation/rescheduling policy in place. This offers a degree of flexibility to our clients as well as protecting our coaches and respecting their time. While there is a minimum 2 business day cancellation policy we appreciate you giving as much notice as possible so that we can try to refill your session. For the purpose of this policy, and in order to protect our coaches, please note that sickness is regarded as a cancellation

All courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All sessions must be booked within this 12 month window. Thereafter, any unbooked sessions shall be considered expired. When paying in instalments, should payment of an instalment be delayed for longer than 3 consecutive months, sessions may be resumed but will be chargeable at the current business rate on the day of payment. When signing up for a repeat course, if payment is made after 3 months has passed, sessions may still be booked in but will be chargeable at the current business rate. We reserve the right to change our prices by amending our published price list.

We may occasionally record sessions for in house training purposes. Please note, should we opt to record a session for this purpose, we will always ask for your consent which will be recorded in accordance with GDPR. We do allow clients to record their course sessions for personal use only.

VAT Invoice
