You’ll kick off with a Consultation Call with our Business Development Manager who will get to know your company culture, values and goals. Through the call they will build an understanding of how your communication challenges are impacting on your team, company culture and the bottom line.
Based on our findings we use the Serlin Method™ (our proprietary methodology involving performance and psychology) to put together a customised communication skills training solution based on your goals, budget, timing. This can include group workshops, individual sessions and short webinars and can be delivered virtually and in person.
We begin with a measurement of all participants involved in the project, providing us with a robust reporting tool for the end of the programme. Our expert LSW coaches deliver the programmes and report back regularly on progress.
At the end of the program we measure all participants again with a questionnaire – to see self-reported changes. This is followed by a post course consultation with you, the client, assessing progress through pre and post workshop questionnaires.
